Refund Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: August 21, 2025
At Invision Stucco, we value our customers and take pride in delivering high-quality stucco services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how deposits, cancellations, and warranties are handled.
1. Deposits
-
A deposit is required to schedule and secure your project.
-
Deposits are generally non-refundable, as they cover administrative costs, scheduling, and materials preparation.
-
In certain cases, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion if the project is canceled well in advance and no costs have been incurred.
2. Cancellations
-
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible.
-
Cancellations made before work begins may be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit, depending on costs already incurred (e.g., materials ordered, labor reserved).
-
Once work has started, deposits and payments are non-refundable, but we will work with you in good faith to address concerns.
3. Service Issues & Refunds
-
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our work, please notify us promptly.
-
We will first attempt to repair, redo, or otherwise correct the issue before considering any refund.
-
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
4. Warranty
-
All work performed by Invision Stucco is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in workmanship.
-
This warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as weather, accidents, misuse, or lack of maintenance.
-
Warranty service will be provided by repair or correction of the issue, not monetary refunds.
5. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or refunds caused by events outside our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or supply shortages.
